  • Download the Avigilon Alta App (App Store or Google Play) and ask the front desk to send you a link or email info@sonoma-fitness.com. A digital key can only be given once the link is sent to your email. Please note 24 access is restricted to those members 18 and over.

  • Yes! Our Gold Membership gives members access to all of our locations.

  • Yes, our dumb bells go up to 125 pounds and we have an Olympic rig with bumper plates, a full line of Atlantis plate loaded equipment and multiple squat racks.

  • Yes, we have multiple classes appropriate for the senior population including circuit training, TRX and yoga.

  • We do not have childcare at this time.

  • Yes (including American Express)

  • Yes, there is a $75 club enhancement fee (in most cases charged on March 15th). We use those funds to reinvest in the club. This fee is charged for every member, regardless whether you are on an individual or family membership.

  • Yes! There is a $25 drop in fee.

  • Yes. We have fully functional locker rooms and our Novato and Sonoma locations are equipped with showers.

  • You can wear stiff sole tennis shoes or cycling shoes with SPD clips.

  • There is no penalty or fee for not attending a class you signed up for. Non-members who pay the $25 drop-in fee to take a class will not receive a refund if they miss the class they signed up for.

  • Upon joining as a member, download the Sonoma Fit App (App Store or Google Play). You can sign up for classes there. You can also sign up for classes on the location class page on this site.

  • Yes, in our Novato and Sonoma locations. Our San Rafael location does not have classes.

  • Yes. The app for Sonoma Fit can be found by searching “Sonoma Fit” in the App Store or Google Play. Please note, you must be a member in order to use the app.

  • Email cancel@sonoma-fitness.com to submit your request. Please take note of our 30 day notice of cancellation policy.

  • Please email info@sonoma-fitness.com stating the reason and length of freeze. You can freeze your membership for up to 3 months for a $15 fee per month.
